The FCC Noses Under the Broadband Internet Tent

The FCC this week is considering an order that would re-regulate Internet middle mile services under obsolete telephone rules. ANd that's not the worst part of it. The agency seems determined to exert its authority over the broadband Internet despite the fact that Congress has explicitly told them not to.
