By Staff, Zillow

Chris Brown lists West Hollywood party pad

The swanky penthouse looks no worse for the wear after a year of Chris Brown living there.

Almost a year and a half after moving into a swanky penthouse, Chris Brown is moving out, leaving behind a wake of complaints from his West Hollywood condo neighbors.

While living in the building, the R&B singer repeatedly parked in handicap parking spots, blasted loud music and even raced dogs down the hallway at all hours, reports say.

Not exactly the kind of behavior expected in a building where units sell for over a million.

Brown's penthouse is listed for $1.895 million and despite Brown's reputation for being a partying neighbor, the place hardly looks worse for the wear.

In fact, the 3,000-square-foot condo doesn't show any signs of the 23-year-old's presence. The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is elegantly staged and decorated. Floor-to-ceiling windows capture city views of Sunset and Santa Monica Boulevard. An open floor plan is dominated by a spacious kitchen with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and bamboo wood floors.

The modern home occupies the entire top floor with direct elevator access and also features high ceilings, a separate office, and "designer-appointed" bathrooms. According to the property history, Brown purchased the home for $1.6 million in February 2011.

Being accused of un-neighborly habits is the least of Brown's offenses. In 2009, the former boyfriend of Rihanna pled guilty to felony assault on her and sentenced to five years probation and more than 1,400 hour of community service.

According to Zillow's mortgage calculator, a monthly payment on Brown's apartment would be $6,943 a month, assuming a 20 percent down payment on a 30-year-mortgage.

Part of the property's allure is its patio space with views of the city.

Kelsey and Camille Grammer's Beverly Hills home on the market again

Zillow

Like most celeb estates, the Grammer's former home is surrounded by walls and a gate.

Although the divorce is finalized, there are still a few strings remaining between Kelsey and Camille Grammer. Namely, their two homes have yet to sell, including a ski home in Colorado and an estate in Beverly Glen.

While both homes have bounced on and off the market, the Grammers' former hideaway is back on the Beverly Glen market for $17.999 million. Which -- believe it or not -- is a discount from the previous price tag.

The couple bought the 10,567-sq ft house for $13.7 million in 2007. Like a few other celebrities, Kelsey has a habit of buying and flipping homes. After completely remodeling, he attempted to sell for $19.9 million in 2008. With no bites and a pending divorce, the house fell off the market.

The 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom home sits on one acre and features a spacious living room, media room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, gym, motor court, and large, outdoor swimming pool.

The Grammers' backyard is dominated by a large pool and spa.

Steve McNair's house re-listed three years after NFL star's murder

Zillow

Steve McNair's former home is a brick estate in Tennessee.

Coming up on the third anniversary of Steve McNair's death, the NFL quarterback legend's home is again listed for sale. This time, unlike in 2009 when McNair's house was first listed for sale just weeks after McNair's tragic death, the price has been reduced to $1.995 million.

That's more than a million dollars less than what McNair's widow, Mechelle, was originally seeking for the 14,000-square-foot abode. That makes a bargain out of the mammoth home, listed on the Nashville real estate market, that still bears all signs that McNair lived and played (air hockey and video games) there.

From his portrait that still hangs in the billiards room to the Super Bowl QB's memorabilia framed and hanging on a trophy-room's walls, the house is a gleaming -- and comfortable -- shrine to the McNair. The Mississippi native was revered in Nashville after the Houston Oilers franchise moved to Tennessee in 1997, the year McNair became the starter.

The McNair's bought the spread in 2004 for $1.599 million, and spent five years in the 9-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom spread, before McNair's life was abruptly ended in a murder-suicide. McNair was shot by a woman with whom he had been having an affair, who then turned the gun on herself.

An enormous gourmet kitchen is one of the features of McNair's 14,000-square-foot home.
